Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions & Cancellation

All premium plans (Pro, Scale) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal inside your dashboard. No cancellations will be processed retroactively.
  • Post-Cancellation Access: After canceling, your account retains access to your subscription limits until the end of your current billing period, at which point you will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.

2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with SignGuard. We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for all initial subscription purchases:

  • If you want to request a refund, contact us at **support@signguard.co** within 7 days of your payment.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Overage Charges & Exceptions

Overage charges incurred from API usage exceeding your monthly plan limit (where overage protection is enabled) are **non-refundable**. Refund requests received after the 7-day initial purchase window are not eligible for a refund.

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades or downgrades are calculated pro-rata by Stripe. If you upgrade, the charge is prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrade balances are applied as credits toward your next invoice.
